More than photography trips
In this photography weekend filled with nature, macro and landscape photography, we chase the best lighting and compositions and you’ll learn the best techniques to use. All in one of the most beautiful nature reserves of Holland, National Park De Maasduinen.
What to expect of this weekend packed with photography? Things that we will definitely cover, are:
What does the course of the workshop look like?
Friday:
After we meet and check in, we head out. We don’t leave a moment unused during this weekend. This includes capturing the golden hour and the sunset. Afterall, there’s nothing better than being in the field and taking magical photos. We take a look at the use of filters and their advantages. We learn about camera settings and composition for landscape photography. Back in our accommodation, we’ll do a short debrief with a couple of pictures.
Saturday:
Of course we get up early to capture Mother Nature’s show at sunrise. Is there any fog or mist? Than we also have sunrays! This spectacle is a true feast for the eye, which our cameras will love too!
When the best lighting slowly fades with the rising sun, it’s time for nature photography. This requires different settings and techniques.
In the afternoon we take a look at image editing with Lightroom, the image editing program from Adobe for photographers.
When the night falls, we visit another beautiful place in National Park De Maasduinen. New surroundings, new compositions. If the conditions are in our favor, we can also take a shot at astro photography, or making star cirkels.
Sunday:
With all that has been learned during the past couple of days, everyone can take sparkling landscape photos at sunrise. This last day is all about macro photography. In this way you learn different kinds of techniques in one weekend. Ofcourse we end the weekend with some feedback and questions, after all this weeekend is for you. Nobody leaves unsatisfied!
