Fotografiedag Maastricht
Ontdek Maastricht door de lens tijdens de Fotodag van Travelmarks Photography. In één inspirerende dag leer je werken met lange sluitertijd, het creatief inzetten van filters, het observeren en vastleggen van echte momenten in straatfotografie, én het spelen met licht tijdens avondfotografie. Daarnaast krijg je praktische tips om je compositie direct te verbeteren.
Of je nu beginner bent of je skills wilt verdiepen: deze fotografiedag biedt een unieke mix van sfeer, techniek en persoonlijke begeleiding. Til je fotografie naar een hoger niveau en ervaar Maastricht zoals je het nog nooit hebt gezien!
Voor deze fotodag strijken we neer in het bourgondische Maastricht, waar we het gouden en blauwe uurtje ten volste gaan benutten. De oudste brug van Nederland, de Sint Servaasbrug is onderdeel van ons decor. Net als het Gouvernement, wat schitterend te fotograferen is in de avonduren.

What does the course of the workshop look like?
Na een korte kennismaking volgt een stuk theorie over straat en avondfotografie, waarbij we ook onze uitrusting en de locatie doornemen. We hebben ruim de tijd om verschillende fotografietechnieken uit te proberen en composities te bepalen voordat het zogenaamde gouden en blauwe uurtje zich aandient. Deze stad heeft alle facetten in huis voor spectaculaire foto’s!

Mark Brands is a passionate world traveler and photographer behind Travelmarks Photography. With an infectious enthusiasm and passion for photography, he guides photo workshops all over the world. With an eye for detail, patience and personal attention, he helps every participant to push his or her photographic boundaries.
Mark has years of experience in photography and knows better than anyone how to capture the power and beauty of the world with your camera. From rugged mountain landscapes to subtle details in the morning light - his work exudes wonder and respect for the environment. With sincere commitment and a keen eye for composition, he helps others to deepen their photographic view and look at photography with a different eye.
Practical information:
- If you have a tripod, bring it with you.
- If you have any filters, bring them with you.
- You can use polarizing filters, ND grey and gradient grey filters are all useful in this workshop.
- You can also borrow a tripod and/or filters.
- You can park at Parking Maastricht (Maasboulevard 80 Maastricht) or at Q Park Vrijthof (Vrijthof 100 Maastricht)
- We start on time, so be there!
- We gather at the Sint Servaasbrug.
