Why Kenya should be on your bucket list

Kenya is a country rich in wildlife and culture. With several national parks, it is a real attraction for those who want to spot the big five. Kenya is also the place to be for lovers of culture and local life, especially with traditional tribes such as the Masai and Samburu people. In this news item we tell you about these beautiful parks and which tribes are worth a visit.
The most beautiful wildlife parks and local culture
Before we delve into all the beauty that Kenya has to offer, it is good to know why we pay attention to this destination. Recent years have been challenging for many, especially the tourism and economic sector has suffered. This is also clearly noticeable in Kenya. In the context of sustainable travel, we therefore attach great importance to supporting the local economy and culture, hopefully you do too.
If Kenya is not yet on the bucket list, we would like to change that. It has endless things to offer in terms of nature, culture, wildlife and of course photography. The following national parks are definitely worth a visit:
Masai Mara – National Reserve
A nature reserve with different types of landscapes and numerous animal species, including the big five. The establishment of the reserve as a protected area has made it possible for the Masai to maintain their way of life. Masai Mara is the place to be for lovers of wildlife and landscape photography.
Samburu – National Park
The Samburu national park is fantastic in combination with the local people, also called warriors. This population group is also closely related to the Masai. The park is also rich in plant, mammal and bird species. The bird population alone consists of more than 450 species.
Solio Ranch – Game Reserve
