Photography day wildlife AWD
Welcome to the wildlife and nature photography photography workshop, provided by Travelmarks Photography, in the beautiful surroundings of the Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen! We are excited to welcome you for a day of adventure and capturing some of the most fascinating native animals, including foxes and red deer.
The Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes provide a unique habitat for a wide range of wildlife, and during this workshop we will focus on observing and recording their natural behavior in their natural environment. Whether you're a seasoned wildlife photographer or just starting out, this workshop is designed to help you improve your skills and capture unforgettable images.
We zullen je door de duinen leiden naar enkele van de beste locaties om wilde dieren te spotten. We zullen technieken bespreken voor het benaderen van dieren zonder ze te verstoren, het vinden van het beste licht en het maken van composities die je foto’s echt tot leven brengen.

Diana Venis-Kerkhoven – photography guide at Travelmarks Photography
Diana is a guide at Travelmarks Photography, where she shares her love of landscapes and night photography with passionate travelers. With her calm approach and years of travel experience, she puts photographers at ease and inspires them to deepen their creativity.
Whether capturing the soft light in beautiful nature or capturing magical evening scenes – Diana patiently guides participants and attaches great importance to a pleasant group dynamic.
Practical information:
- If you have a tripod, bring it with you.
- We have lunch together in the field at a beautiful spot in the AWD.
- At the AWD there is a restaurant near the photography location for those who would like to eat.
- We walk about 4 to 5 kilometers, so make sure to wear appropriate shoes.
- We start on time, so be there!
- Voor wie wilt carpoolen, er zijn opstapplekken nabij Nijmegen.
- Would you rather drive directly? Of course that is always possible! We will then gather at the parking lot at the AWD.
