Photography day photographing with filters Scheveningen

During the photo day photographing with filters you will learn all about the advantages of using filters. We do this in one of the most beautiful settings of the Netherlands, the beach of Scheveningen around the well-known Pier. Learn all about polarization filters, ND filters, gradient filters and creative filters. The right set-up for the right result.

What does photo day look like?

The workshop will be given by Mark Brands. As H&Y Filters Europe Ambassador he has all the knowledge and experience to take you into the world of photographing with filters. Mark: Photographing with filters is pure magic, you photograph a reality shaped by your imagination!

After a short introduction, some theory about photographing with filters will be discussed. Your knowledge doesn't matter, both beginners and advanced photographers are welcome. We pay attention to all types of filters. ND filter, polarization filter, ND gradient filters, color filters, they are all covered. Be surprised by the result and convince yourself that this cannot be achieved with post-processing.

Commonly used filters include: ND filters for long exposures; graduated neutral density filters for skies and horizons; polarising filters to reduce reflections and deepen colours. During the course, you will learn which filter works best in which situation.
