Weekend Natuurfotografie & Outdoor beleving

Nature photography and the outdoors are inseparable. You can only experience nature when you’re in the middle of it. In this workshop we take you into the outdoors and practice nature photography. Afterwards you’re able to spend time in nature and make the best nature- and landscape photos.

This workshop is suited for everyone interested in nature- and landscape photography and a love for camping. We offer the best of both in only one weekend. You don’t have to be an outdoor expert or experienced photographer, both beginners and experienced photographers are welcome.

 What to expect?

• Photography and camping in a unique natural reserve in the north of Limburg.
• Professional guidance in making nature- and landscape photos.
• Self-prepared meals over the campfire.
• Using the most beautiful moments of the day: the golden hours around sunrise and sunset.
• You’ll learn about nature- and landscape photography, but also about using filters and macro photography.
• Learning basic outdoor skills, such as using specific equipment, filtering water, making fire, navigation, preparing and conserving food, safety and consciously dealing with nature.
• If the weather allows it, you’ll also get a night photography surprise.
• Enough time to ask questions and receive feedback on your photos.
• Spectacular photos and – hopefully – a new outdoor fan for life.

During this workshop you’ll be guided by two professional photographers and absolute outdoor fanatics. Herm from just Herm and Mark from Travelmarks Photography will guide you through the weekend. Passion, professionalism, fun and enthusiasm drive us to give you an unforgettable weekend and teach you more about nature- and landscape photography.

• Friday, October 11th until Sunday, October 13th, 2024
•  Time start: Friday, 1pm 
• Time end: Sunday, 5pm
• Costs per person: 595 euro

Included:

• Weekend outdoor and nature photography
• 2 shared dinners
• Coffee, tea and water during the weekend
• Practical guidance with personal attention to the outdoor experience and nature photography
• Feedback on your best photos

Excluded:

• Overnight stays. Costs between €10-15 per night, depending your need for electricity.
• Breakfast, lunch and snacks, other than mentioned above.

• If you have a tripod, bring it with you.
• If you have any filters, bring them with you. You can use polarizing filters, ND grey and gradient grey filters are all useful in this workshop.
• You can also borrow a tripod and/or filters.
• Parking is available on site.
• We start on Friday at 13.00pm. If you want to start later, that’s no problem, but please let us know beforehand.

• Please read the packing list carefully.
• If you have a tent, bring it with you. If you don’t have one, you can rent one for the entire weekend at a cost of €25.
• If you own a tent, brint it along.
• There’s a clean and modern sanitary building on site.
